Can't Pair Your Fire TV Remote During Setup

 1. Manually Initiate Pairing: If your remote doesn't pair automatically, press and hold the Home button until "Press Play Pause button to start" appears on-screen (approximately 10 seconds). 

 2. Ensure Proximity: Move your remote closer to your Fire TV device, ensuring it's within 10 feet (3 meters) for a stable connection. 

 3. Battery Reset: Remove the batteries from your remote, wait for about 30 seconds, then reinsert them. Press and hold the Home button again to reinitiate pairing.
