iFFALCON PRE-ORDER CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The campaign is valid between 21 April 2026 at 10:00 and 27 April 2026 at 10:00 for the purchase of iFFALCON U85A Series television models. The campaign is valid only for purchases made through the Hepsiburada platform. Customers who pre-order and purchase the models listed below during the campaign period shall be entitled to free access to the TOD digital content package designated for the relevant model:

• Customers who purchase the 55U85A, 65U85A, and 75U85A models: 3 (three) months of TOD Entertainment Package
• Customers who purchase the 85U85A model: 3 (three) months of TOD Entertainment Package and 2 (two) months of TOD Sports Extra Package

The promotional code shall be sent by SMS to the customer’s registered phone number by the iFFALCON Authorized Call Center after the product installation has been completed. The use of the code is the customer’s responsibility, and if it is not used by the expiration date, it shall become invalid. The expiration date for the TOD Sports Extra Package is 14.09.2026, and the expiration date for the TOD Entertainment Package is 04.07.2027. The membership package is personal, non-transferable, cannot be converted into cash, and may not be combined with any other discount or campaign.

The campaign is limited to 90 (ninety) TOD Sports Extra Package codes and 636 (six hundred and thirty-six) TOD Entertainment Package codes, and shall remain valid while stocks last. In the event of order cancellation or product return, any code already provided shall be deemed invalid, and if the customer has used such code, iFFALCON reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage incurred. iFFALCON reserves the right to amend the campaign terms and conditions and to terminate the campaign due to unforeseen changes that may arise during the campaign period. Participants who violate the campaign conditions or are found to have acted in bad faith may be excluded from the campaign. iFFALCON shall not be held liable for any misinformation arising from technical errors that may appear on its website or in advertising materials. Campaigns organized by iFFALCON are intended for consumers. If it is determined that the campaign has been used for commercial purposes or that the purchases are of a commercial nature, the order placed within the scope of the campaign may be cancelled.
